This live camera shows conditions around Xuejian Recreation Area in Shei-Pa National Park. At this elevation, fog and cloud can reshape the scene quickly, so the stream is especially useful before a mountain drive or forest walk.
Shei-Pa National Park places Xuejian at about 1,870 meters and notes views toward Mt. Xue’s Holy Ridge. Unlike some higher open alpine areas, Xuejian is strongly associated with broadleaf forest, wildlife habitat and Atayal cultural history.
